An unexpected journey of discovery which will change the way you think about and taste coffee. From unique single origin selection to new coffee creations, our brewmaster will indulge your senses and enrich both your coffee palate and knowledge as we showcase artisanal coffee and by-product delicacies.
You will enjoy tasting and discovering the diversity in coffee and the stories behind its origin. In the process, learn about our Urban Coffee project and the innovations we have uncovered in our quest to minimise our environmental impact. You will literally taste the fruits of this project in sampling Brisbane’s first urban grown coffee.
We have two options for our Coffee Tasting Experience (max 4 people) that will change your mentality about how coffee is grown, processed and consumed, so that every step of the way, it’s better for people, and better for the world.

Tasting Flight by IAN
(1 hour)
Hosted by Mr Coffee Mentality himself, Ian will take you through a tasting flight of single origin coffees and share stories.

Test Flight by Senior Brewer
(15-20 minutes)
A shorter version of the Tasting Flight, hosted by one of senior baristas who will take you through an engaging 15-20 minute session.

Payment for this option can be made in-store upon selection of single origin coffee.
Bookings are currently only available on Wednesdays between 11am-1pm at our East Brisbane store on 3/915 Stanley St, East Brisbane. Walk-ins also welcome.
Free parking is available at the premises (entry via Lisburn St).
