Great for Filter, we recommend the following as a starting point!

Filter / V60:

For V60 we recommend:

• • 1:16.5 brew ratio
  • with 91°C water temperature
  • a 3-minute brew time.
  • agitation of the coffee bed during bloom
  • Completed in 3-5 pours, with a 40-60g bloom

This will produce a light bodied brew, with soft floral & melon notes
