Filter / V60:

For V60 we recommend:

• • 1:16.5 brew ratio
  • with 91°C water temperature
  • a 3-minute brew time.
  • Completed in 3-5 pours, with a 40-60g bloom

This will produce a light-medium bodied brew with standout flavours of rock melon & watermelon lollies with a crisp cranberry acidity
