Great for espresso & Filter, we recommend the following as a starting point!
Espresso:
We recommend:

- 1:2 ratio of ground coffee to espresso yield
- standard water temperature (92-94°C)
- 26-28 second run time.
Filter / V60:
For V60 we recommend:
-
- 1:16.5 brew ratio
- with 89°C water temperature
- a 3-minute brew time.
- Completed in 3-5 pours, with a 40-60g bloom
This will produce a uniquely flavoured coffee with boozy-ferment flavours and toffee sweetness
