Brewing Guide:
Great for espresso & Filter, we recommend the following as a starting point!
Espresso
We recommend:
- 1:2 to 1:2.5 ratio of ground coffee to espresso yield,
- standard water temperature (92-94°C)
- 26-29 second run time.
This will produce a medium-full bodied espresso with a sparkling fruit acidity, and lingering chocolate notes.
Filter / V60
For V60 we recommend:
- a 1:15 brew ratio
- 92°C water temperature
- a 3-minute brew time.
This will produce a medium-full bodied filter with light plum and rich chocolate notes
