Brewing Guide:
Great for espresso & Filter, we recommend the following as a starting point!
Espresso
We recommend:
- 1:2 to 1:2.5 ratio of ground coffee to espresso yield,
- standard water temperature (92-94°C)
- 28-33 second run time.
This will produce a medium bodied espresso with light floral notes & a sparkling fruit acidity,
Filter / V60
For V60 we recommend:
- a 1:15 brew ratio
- 90°C water temperature
- a 3-minute brew time.
This will produce a light-medium bodied cup with notes of light jasmine tea, green grapes, and light toffee sweetness. It is recommended to let this coffee cool a fair bit before drinking, it’ll bring out the flavour!
