Brewing Guide:
Great for espresso & Filter, we recommend the following as a starting point!
Espresso:
We recommend:
-
- 1:2 ratio of ground coffee to espresso yield
- standard water temperature (92-94°C)
- 26-28 second run time.
This will produce a medium-full bodied espresso with bold fruit flavours and acidity, and a light chocolate finish.
Filter / V60:
For V60 we recommend:
-
- 1:16.5 brew ratio
- with 89°C water temperature
- a 3-minute brew time.
- Completed in 3-5 pours, with a 40-60g bloom
This will produce a light-medium bodied brew with beautiful floral and fruit notes, light tropical acidity, and a lightly fermented & chocolatey finish.
