Pour over or filter brewing is for baristas or anyone interested to learn more about alternative ( manual) brewing.
The hands-on session will take you through the theory and technique of this brewing method and key factors to look out for such as extraction and grind size, controlling the flow rate, temperature and infusion time.
You will get to learn and practice technique using a variety of manual brewing equipment including V60, Kono, Kinto, Origami, Kalita.
