Working with Rekon Youth, a Logan-based organisation dedicated to empowering at-risk youth. Together, we hosted a Barista Open Day as part of our community outreach—giving young people hands-on coffee experience, their first foot in the door, and a spark to imagine a brighter future.
Partnering with a not-for-profit Museum of Sticks and Stones – we created the Dark Joy blend—a coffee designed to open conversations around social issues, transforming every cup into a moment for empathy and connection, and finding common ground.
Through our “Pinagmulaan” project, we work with project farms across the Philippines, providing pro bono support in cultivation, post-harvest processing to help achieve specialty standards. These collaborations have helped produce award-winning coffee while improving livelihoods in developing coffee-growing communities.
Establishing a coffee nursery in the Cook Islands to offer the next generation an alternative means of livelihood. This initiative aims to reduce reliance on extractive industries by creating sustainable opportunities in coffee farming, empowering young people to protect their land while building a future rooted in resilience and stewardship.
